ABCC Cross-Cultural

ABCC (abcross-cultural.ch) has spent two decades building programmes specifically for people on international assignments, including the Switzerland posting that many Geneva-based organisations put their staff through. Its work covers pre-departure country briefings, on-boarding coaching once the person arrives, and repatriation support when the assignment ends.

The firm works with multinational companies, NGOs, diplomatic missions and SMEs, and operates in several languages. Because it sits within a network of 450 trainers, it can cover country pairs that smaller firms cannot, which matters when the assignee is moving between two non-European cultures rather than just arriving in Switzerland.
