Swissnest is a founder-led apartment search in Zurich, where clients work directly with Anna and Andy rather than a call centre, chatbot or outsourced consultants. The process starts with a market check against your budget and situation, then a dossier built to Swiss standards, a daily search with a curated selection of flats, booking and attending viewings, preparing and submitting applications, ongoing contact with landlords, and contract review with handover support at the end.

The free initial consultation runs about twenty minutes. Viewings are charged at CHF 99 each, and the success fee is one month’s net rent, payable only if you secure an apartment. The team takes on a limited number of clients at a time and describes itself as a Zurich specialist rather than a national network, working mainly with professionals, couples and families moving to the city within the next one to six months.
