Wenger Vieli is a business law firm with offices in Zurich and Zug whose migration practice advises companies and individuals. It handles residence and work permit applications for third-country nationals, permits for executives and highly qualified specialists, international secondments, cross-border service provision and commuter permits, and family reunification, for both EU/EFTA and non-EU/EFTA nationals. The firm also takes naturalisations and represents clients in appeal proceedings.

Because the work sits inside a full-service business firm, migration questions are often handled together with the related employment, social security, and tax issues that come up in international moves.
