Prime Relocation covers the full arrival process from its base in Zug. Services include home search, immigration assistance for visas and permits, orientation tours, temporary furnished accommodation, settling-in tasks such as registration, banking and insurance, and schooling support for families. For employers it runs corporate relocation programmes aimed at HR and global mobility teams. The firm is led by managing owner Kati Kägi, and its site is available in English, German and French.

Coverage spans Zurich, Zug, Geneva, Basel, Lausanne, Lucerne and other Swiss regions, and extends to Liechtenstein. Prime Relocation is a EuRA Premium Member, holds the EGQS quality certification and is a member of HRSZ.
