CITY STAY operates exclusively in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and has built its inventory around Zurich’s main residential and business districts. Its apartments in locations like Seefeld, Hottingen and Oerlikon cover most of the areas where relocating professionals tend to look first, and the Cham location in Canton Zug adds an option for the corporate corridor between Zurich and Zug.

The apartments are fully furnished and include weekly cleaning as standard, so they can be used as a primary address from day one without any setup. Most bookings run from one to six months, which covers the typical gap between arrival and signing a permanent lease. CITY STAY was founded in 2012 and manages its properties directly rather than subletting third-party stock.
