CAGI International Geneva Welcome Centre

CAGI serves the very large international community attached to Geneva’s UN agencies, NGOs and diplomatic missions, offering practical support alongside social programming. Its conversation exchange programme pairs international residents with locals across more than 800 participants and covers dozens of languages, which makes it one of the better routes to genuine contact with Swiss residents rather than staying within the expat bubble.
Monthly afterwork events in a relaxed setting are open to both the international and local communities, and CAGI also assists newly arrived NGOs and missions with the practical steps of establishing themselves in Geneva. For individuals, the welcome centre is a useful first contact point when arriving in the city with no existing network.
