Its website is available in English, which removes a lot of the friction newcomers run into when dealing with the bigger funds.

Day-to-day admin runs through the myCSS app and online portal, where you can submit bills and see straight away how much CSS is paying, then manage your policy without paper. Medical advice is available free, day or night, anywhere in the world, through a 24-hour line, so you have somewhere to call when something comes up outside office hours.
