After each visit you get a full report the same day: photos, a room-by-room video walkthrough, and a written condition report that notes things like noise, natural light, signs of damp, heating and the kitchen and laundry setup, along with an honest verdict on whether they would apply. Every viewing follows a fixed inspection checklist, so the same points get covered each time.

Once you pick from the shortlist, HouseScout helps prepare the dossier and guides you through the application up to signing the lease. The service is built for people who cannot view flats themselves: expats relocating for a new job, professionals still abroad who need someone on the ground, and busy locals with no time to chase portals and agents. It covers the cantons of Zurich and Geneva. Pricing is split by service, with a viewing booked at CHF 100 and the full find-a-home service at CHF 390.
