International School of Geneva

4.7 / 5Geneva · established 1924

Ecolint is where the International Baccalaureate began, and it still runs the full IB continuum across its three Geneva-area campuses. Teaching follows a bilingual English-French model, and the wider community brings in a large number of home languages alongside those two.

Each campus has its own character: La Grande Boissiere in the city, La Chataigneraie in Founex, and Campus des Nations near the international district. The school runs as a not-for-profit foundation and is accredited by the Council of International Schools and the Middle States Association. Beyond lessons it offers a wide spread of sport, performing arts and music, plus learning support for pupils who need it.
