Dwellworks supports relocating employees through four main stages. Area orientation covers neighbourhood previews, commute assessment and community information. Rental home finding includes sourcing properties, coordinating viewings and supporting the lease application. Settling-in covers social insurance registration, banking introductions, driver’s licence applications and health care guidance, with school assistance for families. Departure services help with terminating the rental, property inspections and recovering the security deposit.

The work is delivered by destination consultants based in Zürich, Geneva, Basel, Bern and Lausanne, many of whom speak German, French and Italian alongside English, and the firm can assist with moves to any location in Switzerland. Clients communicate, view properties and access guidance through the myDwellworks online portal. The Switzerland service is aimed at corporate clients and their transferring employees.
