Welcome Service handles the full arc of a relocation: home finding, settling-in from the entrance inspection through to opening a bank account, schooling and education support, temporary housing, orientation tours, move management, intercultural training and departure services. Its immigration work covers both EU/EFTA and non-EU/EFTA arrivals, and extends to Legitimation Card procedures for staff of international organisations. Clients can track their move in real time through the firm’s REX portal.

The family business was founded by Catherine Burrus and is now led by managing partners Laetitia Papilloud and Guillaume Bédat, with offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich and service across both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, including Geneva, Vaud, Zurich, Zug, Lucerne, St. Gallen and Basel. It serves individuals, families, corporate mobility teams and international organisation staff, works in English, French, German and Italian, and is a member of SARA and EuRA.
