You receive proposals in an inbox, can chat directly with verified agencies, and run the whole search from one place. The platform leans toward executives and expats who want to skip public listings and mass viewing appointments.

Its inventory centres on Zurich, Geneva, Zug and Lugano, and the interface is available in English, German, French and Italian. Access to the Offlist platform is currently free, though selected partner agencies may charge their own fees for a dedicated search.
