What MSL Déménagements Is
MSL Déménagements is a moving company that has operated for 25 years as a removal specialist (artisan déménageur). The firm operates as MSL Multi Services Lemania Sàrl with a division called Swiss International Moving focused specifically on international relocations. The business is based at Avenue Reller 32 in Corsier-sur-Vevey, with storage warehouses at two additional locations: Route de Fenil 52 in Corsier and Chemin de la Veyre d'En-Haut 45 in Saint-Légier. The company emphasizes that it can guarantee a firm price and a fixed date for the move, executed by professionals with proven expertise and personalized service for local, national and international relocations.
International Arrivals and Swiss International Moving
MSL Déménagements operates Swiss International Moving as a dedicated division specializing in international relocations from Switzerland to Europe or from Europe to Switzerland. This service explicitly addresses arrivals relocating into the country. The firm describes its promise as delivering a firm and definitive price, a commitment to the chosen date, moves executed by true professionals with proven capability, and personalized service. For someone arriving from Europe and relocating to Switzerland, Swiss International Moving provides the cross-border logistics and expertise specific to international moves. The site states the company has been a specialist in piano and very heavy-object transport for more than 20 years, suggesting a subset of its expertise in specialist handling.
How MSL Operates
The company offers packing and unpacking services with appropriate materials, including boxes of different sizes, bottle boxes and wardrobe cartons. Clients can either purchase materials or rent them and handle packing themselves. The firm provides furniture storage at its own locations for short-term or long-term periods, in its warehouses or in independent containers. MSL offers administrative support: the site describes an administrative service available for free quotes with no obligation, and promises rapid processing. The company states it will visit to assess a quote, and unless the client changes the scope, the quoted price is the final invoiced amount.
Additional services include clearance and disposal, place-clearing (full clearing of homes or offices), specialized piano and safe transport, office relocations and reorganizations that preserve business operations, and what it calls service to businesses that involves transfer and reorganization while maintaining reliable and confident operations. The firm guarantees that even in complex situations, its experience allows it to intervene without disrupting the client's services. Contact is by phone at 0041 21 922 39 39, fax at 0041 21 922 39 36, or email at demenagements@m-s-l.ch.
Client Experience and Testimonials
The firm publishes testimonials from people who have used its services. One testimonial states: "The move went very well. Thank you again to the team that intervened, very friendly and competent! We will not hesitate to recommend you to those around us." Another: "Efficient service, careful, friendly. I highly recommend." A third: "Excellent service, prompt and invoicing perfectly in line with the detailed quote. MSL showed great flexibility which was very appreciated. To recommend without reservation!" These indicate real client experience with the firm's execution, though the site does not specify how many people the company employs or how many moves it completes annually.
What MSL Does Not Settle
MSL does not publish pricing for any services on its website, so arriving residents cannot estimate costs before contacting the firm. The site does not specify what languages the firm speaks; all content is in French with no English translation visible. The firm does not itemize what is included in its European-Switzerland international service or explain customs handling, documentation or timelines for cross-border moves. While MSL emphasizes a firm price and fixed date, the site does not explain how it establishes those without an assessment, or whether an on-site visit is always required. The site does not detail insurance coverage or what happens if circumstances change after a price is quoted.
Who MSL Suits
MSL Déménagements is well-suited for European arrivals relocating to Switzerland who value a single point of contact and want a guaranteed price and completion date. The 25-year track record and specialist capabilities in piano and heavy-object transport appeal to people with complex moves or valuable items. The personalized service approach and testimonials about friendly, competent execution appeal to people for whom the relocation experience matters. The firm's emphasis on no surprise invoicing (quoted price equals final invoice) appeals to those seeking cost certainty. Those seeking quick self-service options or purely transactional moving services would find MSL's assessment-based approach and personalized service unnecessary. Arrivals from outside Europe, or those seeking English-language communication, would need to contact the firm to confirm whether Swiss International Moving serves their origin country and what languages staff speak.
